YOUR FIRST VISIT

History
First you will be asked to fill out a brief questionaire to help us get to know you. Dr. Kauffman will use this information to help formulate the recommendations for your care.

Consultation
Next you'll meet Dr. Kauffman who will review your health history and determine if yours is a chiropractic case.

Examination
Standard chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological tests will be performed to help determine the cause(s) of your problem.

X-Ray Examination
In most cases diagnostic images will be taken to visualize the exact location of any spinal problems and help make your chiropractic care more precise.

Report of Findings
Dr. Kauffman will explain what was uncovered by your examination. Tell you if chiropractic care can help you, and if so, tell you how long it will take. You will be given the opportunity to have any questions that you may have answered.

Adjustment
Dr. Kauffman will use carefully controlled pressure to help restore spinal bones to their proper position and motion--the key to reducing nervous system irritation and pain.

Congratulations you are on the road to recovery. To optimize your results: follow any recommendations, keep your appointments and discuss any problems or questions that you may have.
